[edit] Washington D.C - Quick Summary
GFCI 11 describes Washington D.C as a Transnational Diversified centre, which is broad. As of GFCI 11, it is a Top 6 North American centre. Between GFCI 1 and GFCI 11 Washington D.C has closed the gap to leaders London and New York, but has not shown the same level of improvement as some Asian centres (such as Seoul), which have shown strong gains. However, Washington has performed better than European Centres, closing the ratings gap to Zurich significantly. Washington D.C has now overtaken Sydney in the rankings, with GFCI 11 ranking it Top 15 globally.
