GFCI11 describes Seoul as a Globally Diversified which is relatively broad. It's competitiveness is mainly driven by an excellent business environment along with strong general competitiveness. It is also rated well for infrastructure. Between GFCI1 and GFCI11 Seoul has shown a strong and consistent improvement in competitiveness, and now is ranked above established some European Global Leaders such as Frankfurt in addition to almost achieving parity with Tokyo.
